National Law Journal Conducts Q&A with Sandra Jezierski About Risks Associated with Employee Use of Social Media
Using social media as a forum for posting gossip is not new. However, a new web service, OfficeLeaks, is now providing a virtual forum for posting workplace gossip. OfficeLeaks promises its users anonymity, but in a recent Q&A with The National Law Journal (available here), Nilan Johnson Lewis shareholder, Sandra Jezierski, disputes the promise of anonymity and says on-line postings are permanent and may be “fair game” in litigation.
